How do I get an account?
Send us a request through the form at the bottom of this page. We set up your account personally and email you a link to choose your password — then you can start designing right away.
What happens after I send my request?
We read your request and create your account. You will receive an email from Gavvat with a button to set your password. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Start a free demo above: you get a sample invitation for your occasion to change, preview and publish. The demo lasts 60 minutes, and published demo invitations stay online for 5 minutes.
Can I keep the invitation I made in the demo?
No — demos are deleted when they end, together with any photos you uploaded. Once you have your own account, setting up your real invitation only takes a few minutes, and it never expires.
Do I need to design it myself?
You design it in a simple dashboard — choose a theme, then fill in names, the date, venues, photos and music. Everything has a preview, so you see exactly what your guests will see before you publish.
Do my guests need to create an account?
No. Each guest opens their own personal link — no sign-up, no app to download. It works beautifully on any phone.
Can people reply without a personal link?
Yes, if you turn on open RSVP. Anyone with your invitation link can then reply, and they are added to your guest list automatically.
Can I change the design after sending the invitation?
Of course. Every change appears instantly and your guests’ links never change.
How do I send the invitations?
Email them straight from your guest list, or copy each personal link to share over Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp or SMS.
Can I sell tickets for my event?
Yes. Switch on ticket sales for any event — concerts, galas, fundraisers, seminars or parties. Add ticket types with prices and slots; buyers pay you directly by QR Ph or online with PayMongo, get e-tickets with QR codes, and you scan them at the door.
Can I organize a fun run or a tournament?
Yes, with a Sports organizer account: registration with categories, slots and waivers, payments, automatic bib numbers, kit claiming and check-in, race results with certificates, and brackets for pickleball, badminton, basketball and more.
Does Gavvat take a cut of my ticket or registration sales?
No. Buyers and participants pay you directly — with your own QR Ph code or your own PayMongo account, which charges its usual fees. Gavvat takes nothing from your sales.
Is Gavvat only for weddings?
Not at all. Gavvat makes invitations for weddings, birthdays, debuts, christenings, anniversaries, parties and any other celebration — each with wording that fits the occasion.
Can an event planner manage several celebrations?
Yes. Planner accounts can manage every celebration they are responsible for, while each host only ever sees their own.
Can I keep track of meals and tables?
Yes. Guests choose their meal when they reply, you assign tables in bulk, and the whole list exports to a spreadsheet in one click.
